Sample bank construction
Efficiently construct a sample bank using primary cells, tissues, and body fluids.
3D Cell and Tissue Model Construction.
Primary cell type
- Liver cells, kidney cells (podocytes, renal tubular endothelial cells, etc.), islet cells, nerve cells, skin cells, hair follicle cells.
- Placental trophoblast stem cells, placental vascular endothelial cells.
- Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) derived from umbilical cord, adipose tissue, placenta, dental pulp, and other tissues.
Tissue types
- Normal tissues and glandular organoids (liver, gastrointestinal, lung, pancreas, adrenal, blood vessels, skin, etc.).
- Tumor tissue organoids (primary, drug-resistant, recurrent, etc.).
- Other disease model organoids (pulmonary fibrosis, biliary atresia).
Other blood, body fluids
- Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) derived from the blood of cancer patients, tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) from cancer patients.
- Bone marrow, umbilical cord blood, peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).
- Pleural effusion, ascites, joint effusion, and other bodily fluids.
- Urine (Exosomes, Extracellular Vesicles).
