Innovative CTC in-vitro Culture Kit

Based on the optimization of the matrix material for the in vitro culture of circulating tumor cells (CTCs), a 3D culture condition highly simulating the in vivo microenvironment of cells is established, whichmay effectively support the growth of CTCs, endothelial cells, and stromal cells. This system allows resting and dying CTCs recover and grow, achieving a high efficiency of in vitro culture and expansion of CTCs, so that signifcant amout of CTCs can be obtained and may facilitate subsequent research and diagnosis.

Additionally, a method for constuction of PDOX model by implantation of CTCs in vivo is established, providing an innovative solution for the evaluation of drug efficacy of anti-cancer drugs.
